The members have joined together, sharing services, infrastructure and values and deliver a dynamic, person driven, holistic  service model to successfully support the ongoing delivery of Specialist Disability Services (SDS) from the NSW Department of Family and Community Service (FACS) on the Mid North Coast of NSW.

Combined, the five consortium members have over 150 years’ experience in providing a wide range of services to local people with disability, including in-home support and respite services for people living in a shared homes in the greater Coffs Harbour, Kempsey, Port Macquarie and Wauchope regions.

MNC Disability Services is focused on people having the opportunity to live the life they choose, with support that is designed specifically around their individual needs. We believe that all people have equal rights and strongly advocate for a person’s full inclusion in their chosen community, the opportunity to contribute their individual gifts and strengths and to be recognized as citizens who are entitled to share the same spaces as every other community member. We engage with all people in a way which encourages and promotes opportunities for greater integrity, respect, courage, inclusion and trust.

As people living on the Mid North Coast transitioned to the NDIS on July 2017, MNC  Disability Services have been working with each individual, their families and carers to support them with their ‘My First Plan’, ensuring people receive the right individual support and have choice and control of their NDIS provider.

MNC Disability Services are also committed to offering ongoing professional development and training to all staff to ensure they can always provide the best possible support as well as keeping informed about the NDIS.

MNC Disability Services offer Respite and Short Term Accommodation from two properties located at Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie.
